H3000 Flatbed UV printer has a newly designed and well structured case, THK guide rails and 3200 x 2000mm print area it is ideal for facilities handling full-time industrial operations. It is able to print on heavy metal or wooden sheets up to 200 kg. It can print excellent images on various rigid medias, such as glass, acrylic, wood, PVC foam board, KT board, MDF, aluminium, mobile phone case, ceramic tiles, polycarbonate, polystyrene, etc. Also offers many ways of printing white on transparent or colouful material and allows to print the three-layer spot colours which means printing colour-white-colour at one time.

Two Powerful vacuum pumps for 4-zone air suction of the vacuum table. With respective control buttons, a pedal switch makes it capable reverse air blowing function for lifting the heavy medias easily(Optional). The Honey-Comb table and internal air pipe ducts for efficient and powerful distribution of vacuum effect.
To detect the material thickness and find a good height position for best quality printing. Thanks to the high-precision impact sensors on both sides of the head transport mechanism, the print heads are not damaged from curled, swollen or surged materials. The mechanism has anti-static devices to prevent electrostatic effect that disrupts the image quality.
