The M3 Pro is a powerful automatic tool change CNC router from Maxicam / Excitech. It utilises class leading components for 24/7 high speed manufacturing. Now with 16 position rotary tool changer, as well as German precision ground and honed helical rack and pinion for ultra precision movement and reduced ware, state of the art OSAI OPEN digital NC control system, Yaskawa servo motors and Becker vacuum pump as standard. Precise machining in the toughest materials thanks to the 9.5kw HSD spindle. Because of the large Z axis travel of 180mm and all steel gantry, it has superior rigidity and performance. As a result, the machine can cut easily through 20mm thick materials in one pass, at speeds up to 25m/min.

No router is complete without a high quality spindle and the E33 is no different equipped with the best on the market from Italian world leader HSD. Not only is the 9kW spindle powerful and quiet, the long nose version with bearings spaced wider allows for less vibration and improved rigidity at the tool tip, which translates to super smooth edge finishes.
All professional series machines from Maxicam come with the latest generation OSAI controller from leading Italian controls specialist Prima Electro. Closed loop servo control via mechatrolink III ensures pinpoint accuracy and reliability through digital drivers and high torque Yaskawa servo motors.
HSK leads the way. HSK tool clamping is vastly superior over the standard ISO 30 cone shaped tool holders. Due to the improved design of the tool holder the spindle clamps from within the holder meaning as the centrifugal force increases with spindle rotation the tool is clamped tighter. Great for demanding applications where heavy tooling is required. The ATC can be upgraded to 16 positions on request.
The E3 Pro CNC features an enhanced user interface design, supplemented with industrial grade touch screen for the ultimate user experience. Delivered in a Windows environment the M3 Pro CNC can be installed with all your latest CAD/CAM packages for “at the machine programming” or offline via Ethernet.
