EK Series: introducing a high-performance machine that offers exceptional value at an economical price. This machine is equipped with a linear tool changer under the gantry for fast tool changes anywhere on the bed and is constructed using world-class components, ensuring consistent high performance. It features a high-frequency air-cooling electronic spindle, reliable servo motor and driving system. The rigid vacuum table with grids maximizes vacuum hold-down power and allows for secure clamping of the workpiece. With a smart industrial controller, this product enables effortless cutting, engraving, and milling.

- All Maxicam machines are built with longevity in mind which is why our frames and gantries are manufactured from heat stabilised steel
- Linear tool changer, constructed with world-class components with 12 slots under gantry, moving along with spindle head

- Customised ExiCAM controller

- Flexible cables, not only wear-resistant but also highly heat-resistant, ensuring a long lifespan.
- Remote diagnostics and machine control over Ethernet for support and training (internet connection required)
- Smart material location pop up pins for panel positioning both for X &Y axis ,controlled by foot pedal

Easy to use Software

Maxicam routers come with easy to use CAD/CAM Software. convert designs in to NC code quickly and easily with Vectric. Maxicam CNC machines are fully integrated with Wood Designer’s Polyboard and Stairdesigner for full parametric cabinet and stair manufacture. The powerful easy to use software generates cutting maps/lists for nesting directly on Maxicam CNC routers.
